'SteadyPlanet Pizzeria started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizza shop was initially a quaint, family-oriented business carrying recipes passed down for generations.
Mario Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples—the homeland of pizza. Once back in the UK, she was driven to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, sticking to traditional techniques and the finest produce.
From an unassuming 12-seat pizzeria to a cherished community staple, our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained steadfast. We continue utilizing the artisanal wood-fired ovens, preparing our dough from scratch every day, and sourcing the most premium ingredients available.
Presently, 'SteadyPlanet Pizzeria is still in the hands of the family, with the Rossi family's second generation at the helm of our devoted team. Despite integrating some contemporary improvements, our core principle stays intact: crafting delectable, authentic pizza that unites folks.
